See this Tiger on HotRodCollection. com AT OUR FLORIDA LOCATION Here's an ultra-rare original 1967 Sunbeam Tiger Mark II in pristine condition. The Tiger started life as a Sunbeam Alpine, then Carrol Shelby's design work gave it a substantial power boost with a Ford V-8, and completed the package with subtle styling enhancements. Legendary among classic British roadsters, Tigers absolutely destroyed scores of unsuspecting Triumphs, MG's, Lotuses, and many others. The last production year, 1967, was also the best, with the 260 V-8 being upgraded to a 289. These carried the Mark II designation and were serious challengers to many muscle cars of the day. With only 532 Tigers made in 1967, this is your chance to own an authentic example of factory-hotrod history. This example is TAC Certified by the Sunbeam Tiger Owners Association, and has the original, matching numbers engine. It is a well-documented very authentic Tiger. The 289 V-8 is fresh, and is currently paired with a new Tremec 5-speed transmission. The original 4-speed transmission, which is in excellent working order, goes with the car. It is finished in sinister-looking black with tan top and interior, leaving no doubt this Tiger is ready to pounce. The painstaking care taken in this restoration is clearly evident in every detail, and it's a car you can show, drive, and feel alive when you're behind the wheel.
